Menu is 50% vegetarian and includes at least three clearly labeled vegan dishes at all times (vegan sharing plate, salad bowl or hummus bagel), and vegan cheese is offered as an alternative on the grilled cheese and nacho plate. At least one vegan cake is also available most of the time, with regular vegan options including carrot cake, sticky toffee pudding, and chocolate cake. Also has a wide selection of drinks, including coffee, a range of teas, craft beer on draft, plus wines and spirits, some of which are clearly labeled vegan. Soy and oat milk available. Focuses mainly on local, independent suppliers produced by small, quality Sheffield-based businesses. Open Tue-Fri 12:00-23:00, Sat 10:00-23:00, Sun 10:00-22:00. Closed Mon.

Thoroughly enjoyed our visit to the Treehouse. Staff were so friendly and the range of vegan options available was a lot better than I expected and all clearly labelled.
Read morePrimarily we were there to play board games, which if you've never been before is £2 / hour /pp, but the three of us did share two bowls of pretzels that were deliciously moreish. I also enjoyed a west coast pale ale.
I would definitely recommend a visit here, as it's a lovely place to have fun with friends and family but would advise booking to avoid disappointment.

There is a good selection of vegan food on their menu. The cakes are very yummy (I had carrot cake today). The beers are clearly labelled if they’re vegan. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Amazing cakes and hot choc - Edit
The savoury food was okay, nothing to write home about but it has such good selection of cakes! I couldn't choose so ended up getting 3 🤣 all the cakes there when I went were vegan. I also got a hot chocolate and it was so thick and chocolatey. Had an amazing time and would recommend to anyone

For games and cakes, I'd give Treehouse 5 stars but sadly the savoury food is pretty bland and boring.

I got a vegan strawberry milkshake and I literally cannot fault it, it was so beautiful and tasty!!! Loved the atmosphere too and playing games was so so fun.

Update: I returned and tried the nachos! Got it with a mug of chilli for a small extra charge because I wanted a little more nutrients too hahaha😂But was honestly great! Different types of cheeses a long with two different sauces too - a garlicky mayo type and a chilli type sauce. Perfect portion size so was my whole meal for that evening (got a kids sized milkshake this time too since I loved the milkshake so much last time!🥰)

Will definitely be returning again and again and again for some munch and games!

Lovely cafe, with several vegan options. Reasonably priced. We had a vegan bagel and vegan toasty. Staff are friendly and help provide a relaxed atmosphere. Plenty of games to choose from. Cake is great and drinks also clearly labeled vegan.

I love coming here with friends to play games. There are plenty of vegan options on the menu, including bagels and sharing plates. Ask for a vegan salad bowl and the kitchen will combine whatever vegan salad options are on the menu that day to create a colourful bowl of tasty. I would give five stars but the website only allows that for fully vegan restaurants and there is some meat on the menu here.
