Healthy for the Heart and Soul

I absolutely love enlightening culinary experiences, especially when traveling. So here in Farmington, MI my buddy Chris found Treehouse for Earth’s Children Holistic Center which is an all natural deli and kitchen, grocery store, herbal shop, library, and much more. All their food is made to order with organic ingredients such as the raw falafel balls, veggie burger and veggie stir fry. But there is much more to choose, from the Jamaican Shake to the veggie Reuben. The owner also teaches biodynamic farming. Wow, this place is a spiritual jewel!

Pros: Healthy organic foods, Meditative environment , Friendly and charismatic staff

Delicious and fresh

This place is a hidden gem. It amazes me that more people don't know about it. Vegetarian (and mostly vegan) deli which specializes in raw food (but still has some great cooked dishes). The nutty nori rolls are out of this world. Everything is tasty and very unique. You can't go wrong with anything.
2 bits of advice:
1. Try the Pegasus drink. OUTSTANDING!
2. Book a massage there with Matt or Christine. The first visit is 1/2 off. After that it is $50 for Matt or $60 for Christine. You will swear it was the best massage of your life.

Pros: delicious, fairly priced, friendly

Almost Hidden, But Worth Finding

I had all but forgotten about this place, because I don't frequent this area. At a recent VegFest, I was reminded, and went for lunch yesterday. If you're interested in real food (raw, organic, vegan), this cafe/store is wonderful and so are the meals and the desserts. The staff is very friendly and helpful.
