Incredibly unkind management. I bought a T-shirt from them that I am no longer interested in. If anyone wants to buy it, its extra large, washed, & $15 rather than $25.

Pros: Trashy vegan food , Good start, then they got very disrespectful
Cons: Cruel manager , They ended the everyone eats program , My friend caused a scene & they kicked me out

The fact that they had an ‘everyone eats’ program in the first place speaks to their kindness and compassion, as they didn’t have to do it in the first place. I’ve been there countless times, and the food and staff have always been great, but then I was polite and respectful. While anyone has the right to calmly express their disappointment that the program ended, nobody has the right to ‘cause a scene’ as you put it. Let’s be grateful for what they did while they did it and remember that they did it out of kindness and not because they had to do it.

The food was fantastic and the drink selection was good. The tot burger and loaded fries were the best food we had on our whole vacation. Food was hot and came out quickly, and it looked as good as it tasted. The strawberry cheese cake was the best vegan cheesecake I've ever had hands down, and I regret not taking some to go! Would absolutely recommend to anyone visiting the Asheville area.

They've got delicious burgers and soy curls! It's also super cool that they do a pay what you can afford (or free if you can't afford to pay anything) for helping those who need it in the community. Several folks came in and took advantage of the pay what you can afford while we were eating and the staff we're all just as friendly and respectful with them as they were with everyone else. 10/10 recommend!

Just very delicious vegan junk food. I usually order the special burger and have never been disappointed. Seasoned fries come piping hot and perfectly seasoned. The staff are incredibly nice as well. Always a great experience.

I'm so glad we made time to come here on our trip to Asheville, and we'll definitely be back! The food was so delicious, affordable, and the staff was great. The restaurant is a bit small, so depending on what time you go, you might not be able to get a table. It's worth the wait!
Read moreI just can't say enough about the food - it's vegan junk food, but oh so good! The burgers were great, but my favorite was actually the quesadilla, which was an unexpected flavor journey! But also that doughnut burger ... So dang good! They had one of the best brownies I've ever eaten in my whole life (even pre-vegan).
I appreciate that they feed those in need without question. I wish more restaurants would do this.
Don't forget to check out their sister store, Dough House, in Black Mountain!

This was such a wonderful surprise! The staff was all super nice and accommodating. I am someone who does not support Impossible or Just Foods, so I was concerned when all of the burgers had the Impossible burger. They were able to accommodate by giving me a Beyond Burger without hesitation. My husband and I had the pizza, burger and the mini loaded fries. Both were delicious. Those loaded fries were incredible and memorable! The restaurant was really cute inside, and we were lucky that it was within walking distance of where we stayed. We almost got cheesecake until I saw that The Hop ice cream parlor was a short walk away. Overall, this was a great experience!

This place is perfect when you are craving a greasy burger. They do impossible burgers very well. The menu is on the small side and it would be nice to see some expanded topping options. But overall, a great experience.

after being vegan for 8 years and a chef for 5 the appeal of faux meats has died down for me - but this place brings it right back to life. the burgers are fantastic and the chickn sandwich is crispy and on point every time. almost every time i go i get two cheeseburgers - one for the next day - and the staff is so lovely and accommodating making sure the to-go burger items are packaged so they don’t get soggy. 11/10 recommend

Sometimes you want some good ol’ fast food, and Trashy is there for you. The loaded fries are an ooey gooey treat, and the sandwiches make you go “mmmmm” with every bite. The brick and mortar is a cute spot and their kitchen looks immaculate. Just from watching the team you can see they have great attention to detail and really care about making tasty trashy goodness. Didn’t partake in dessert this time but they have a rotating selection of Darë cheesecakes with in-house add-ons and other small plates. Be sure to check out the weekly special board, they have new goodies every week!
