Came here with my son for lunch and had Kirk Howarth's Plant Based Menu. It was quite simply outstanding, even something as simple as Parsley Pesto was so fresh. All of the courses were incredibly good both in flavour, composition, and textures. The fennel course was sublime and shaded only by the Cacao Gateaux which was the star of the show. The 0% Rosé was also very good, best glass of wine I've had since I stopped drinking. 10/10.

Fine dining in the RIbble Valley - Edit
Has a plant based menu. Limited choice for vegans compared to omnis but the food is very good and where possible the veg is grown in their on site garden. Definitely one of the most expensive places locally to eat as a vegan but in my opinion you get what you pay for here. #Veganuary

Vegan fine dining experience - Edit
Great place for an occasion or those who want a vegan fine dining experience due to the price. The staff were really attentive to the fact we were both vegan and made everything clear regarding the ingredients without us even asking, and it's always nice to be put at ease! The meals were nothing like I'd had before, I particularly liked the main which was Hispi Cabbage with parsnip hummus and cabbage parcels - full of flavour! They always have a fully plant-based menu with the option of 4, 5 or 7 courses.
