The third cafe to have been run by the lady who previously owned Green Days on the other side of Sefton Park. Vegan friendly, all vegetarian. Previously at Greenbank Rd, move here reported Jun 2019. Access is up some steep stairs. Some limited seating outside when weather is good. Open Mon-Thu 10:00-17:00, Fri-Sat 10:00-22:00, Sun 10:00-17:00.

Haven’t been in a while but last time I went I had the vegan breaky. Nice to have a twist on an original with olives and hummus!

Tasty vegan breakfast - Edit
Although I came here for lunch, I decided on the vegan breakfast. It was busy when we first arrived but we got a table. I decided to have the vegan breakfast (I really wanted the ploughmans sandwich but it wasn’t vegan). It contained, beans, spinach, felafel, potato cake, mushroom, tomato and toast which I had peanut butter on. This was a huge serving and a bit too much for me! It was nice though. I had an iced latte with soy and that was nice. My partner had the pancakes and enjoyed them.

Came here on other Happy Cow recommendations and was not disappointed. We had 2 veggie breakfasts and shared avo on toast.

A very cute and cozy cafe just off lark lane where they serve beautiful fresh plates. I love that they include a bit of fruit with each meal.

Boring food. Really pleased to find a new fully vegetarian cafe (greenbank road). Small, clean and bright cafe. Limited menu (breakfasts, cakes and sandwiches). It’s a shame the menu isn’t more interesting or inspiring - the sandwiches were mainly mainstream choices like cheese, egg and hummus which you can find anywhere.

Sadly they don’t have veggie sausages.
Humous had apple sticks in it was lumpy and strange, and not sure why pitta was cut into little sticks too.
Nice coffee and friendly staff. I hope this place survives and maybe develops a slightly more modern and interesting range of food.
Pros: vegan breakfast , All vegetarian (please label vegan options!!), clean and bright interior
Cons: boring menu, odd combinations of food, no evening meals
