Our favorite place in Waimea - Edit
We stopped by this place for a pineapple curry, which was delicious! It was full of pineapple, nicely spicy, and they added tofu. We were pleased with the selection of fresh fruit and got a coconut to split. Nothing beats sitting outside drinking fresh coconut water in Hawaii!

Delicious vegan options - Edit
They cater well to vegans - all curries are dairy free, and the fruit is incredible. Curry is delicious. We sat outside on the benches, and I felt like I was in Thailand.

Nice choice in Waimea - Edit
I completely agree with everything mentioned in the previous post. There was a very small menu on the day we stopped in. It was so easy to order vegan, I ordered pad Thai, apple banana lumpia to share, and Thai iced coffee with coconut cream. It was a feast and pretty good, overall satisfying. The people were so nice here.

Vegan Thai on Kauai, Hawaii - Edit
This little shop has beautiful fresh local fruit, cut or whole, and great customer service. The owner understands what vegan means, and is happy to veganize any of her vegetarian options. It is essentially a take out place with just a few stools at a covered bar to sit at and not the most amazing Thai food I’ve ever had, but we thought it was a satisfying lunch made with love.

I was running short on time and dropped by to get a to go plate, hoping they'd have vegan options. I was pleasantly surprised to see a whole vegetarian / vegan menu listed. Service is quick and fast, and the fresh coconuts are great. The Vegan Tofu Pad Thai flavor was good but mild - though you can add as much chili sauce as you like, as well as chili powder and other spices from the condiment bar. Portions were generous too.
