Would rate 5 stars if I could!

Absolutely love it here. Been several times. Cakes are great . Milkshakes and coffees are great. I love the vegan cheese pesto and tomato panini the most. Their homemade coleslaw is lovely too. Lovely outdoor seating area at the back.

Gave me meat

What it says in the title. So distressing and didn't seem particularly remorseful. I will never go back but if you choose to go, double check everything.

Let down by service

My friend and I popped in for a spot of lunch based on the good reviews. Therefore it is important that I stress this is of our experience of this cafe on one particular day (Today).

After entering and being advised that it is all table service we duly took our seats and waited for the menus. 6-7 minutes later a couple came in and sat in the cosy window bay. About 5 minutes later the cosy pair were brought a pot of tea. My friend then went and asked if we could have a menu.

When we got our menus, no apologies for lateness and being over looked, we asked for time to read them and we ordered or drinks and a falafel wrap each. The cosy couple them got their afternoon tea ensemble and a bit later we got our wraps, only 40 minutes after sitting down.

The food was OK, I am not sure why crisps come with a lot of options as I am not 6. The wrap, a salad garnish and a thimble of vegan coleslaw. It was a bit pricey for the location but but extortionate.

I was wondering what to rate this and was going to give a three star but a slight error by the staff made me decide on a 2 star. The cosy couple during their afternoon tea were asked if everything was alright, which is standard procedure from food outlets. We were not asked and took it as a slight, so my rating took the hit.

I will not be going back as better experiences are had elsewhere. However do check it out as it has good reviews and does have vegan options clearly marked. My experience could just be a bad day.

Pros: Vegan options, Nice coffee

Cons: Expensive, To many crisps, Non attentive staff

quick breakfast

Decent coffee and quick breakfast. Most vegan choices seemed to just substitute avocado for something else. Vegetarians fairly well catered for. It’s a nice space but was empty when I went on a Saturday morning.

Afternoon tea is amazing!

Recently took my mum for vegan afternoon tea here after buying a Groupon deal, making it a ridiculously good deal!

2 types of sandwiches, scones, 3 cakes each and strawberries! All the different teas and coffee we wanted too! The staff were incredible and so helpful.

Pros: Best vegan afternoon tea I’ve ever had!, Staff were so helpful and lovely , Great price

Cons: Difficult to park
