Call Gordon Ramsay - Edit
We said we were vegan but were given the standard menu. We asked if there was a vegan menu and one was produced. It didn’t have much choice and I suspected that there were additional vegan options on the standard menu, but the waitress didn’t seem very clued up on the subject and told us to stick to the small vegan menu. The next disappointment was when a bowl of prawn crackers was placed in front of us. I asked if there was a vegan alternative. There wasn't, and she didn't apologise for offering us something with fish in it. At the end of the evening, the bill came on a little plate with 4 chewy sweets. Nobody had thought to check if they were vegan, and they couldn't tell us when we asked. I attempted to gently point out these matters to the boss chap when paying the bill. He just stood nodding and grinning. He seemed to think it was amusing and it probably went in one ear and out the other.
Read moreThe food wasn't too bad but the spring rolls were tiny and the boiled rice was very dry. The spring rolls unexpectedly came with salad which I never eat when it comes from a kitchen where raw chicken is handled.
The choice of canned pop music didn't suit the establishment and it was too loud.
The car park is very small and I noticed some drivers taking time getting in and out of tight spaces.
This is a popular restaurant. I have no idea why. Perhaps it's good for omnivores.
Cons: Careless attitude in relation to non-vegan content, Few vegan options, Noisy pop music

Lovely Chinese - Edit
There is a vegan menu. We went with our friend who’s vegetarian- we all shared vegetable gyozas and Thai spring rolls. Then I had tofu and black bean which was very tasty. Very filling and big portions.
