Good vegan pub grub at hotel prices - Edit
Really pleased to find a pub in North Wales with a separate dedicated vegan menu. It had all the pub classics in vegan form: scampi, fish & chips, roast dinner, burger, hot dog, lasagne, curry etc. we opted for the vegan scampi and freckles to share as a starter and then vegan fish and chips (made from banana blossom) for mains. They had Camden Hells and Pale on draft and I think I could see some canned ales in the fridge that were also vegan. They had unfortunately run out of their lauded cheesecake (we were eating late on a Sunday, so understandable) but it didn't matter as we were very full anyway. Overall, it was a good meal, if a little overpriced. We couldn't fault the food - it was good quality pub grub. They also have a doggie menu, which was a cute addition but it's not freshly prepared food. Our only minor annoyance was that because we'd chosen to sit in the bar (where we could easily tuck the dogs away in the fireplace) we had to periodically listen to the advert for the pub's rooms on the TV above the bar over the background music, which kind of spoiled the ambience of the place, so we would probably opt to sit elsewhere next time.

Nice place Excellent Vegan Options - Edit
Really lovely place - modern and welcoming- even when it was Easter Sunday and we had only called an hour before for a table. It was very busy but our waiter was professional and friendly and we were given a separate vegan menu and a main menu with several additional vegan options too.

Both really well presented and tasted delicious.
Really pleased we went.

Me and hubby staying close by found this pub. Lovely inside and food was amazing. I had blossom fish & chips and hubby had cauliflower curry. Both tasted amazing!! #Veganuary

Good choices on the menu, staff friendly and attentive. Cauliflower wasn’t available for the fritters so chef offered broccoli instead and it worked just as well. The suet slice with mash, vegetables and beetroot gravy was innovative and delicious. Fully satisfied and thoroughly enjoyed our evening.

This place is amazing. The staff were friendly. The service was prompt. The atmosphere was so laid back yet romantic. The place was very clean and last but not least, the vegan options were absolutely delicious. I loved the vegan fish and chips I ordered. The only things I wish is they had more vegan options but hey ho, I’d rather have quality than quantity...

Great Vegan Range - Edit
I was very surprised to see so many vegan dishes on this menu, shame I can’t give it 5 stars due it not being completely vegan. Loads of dishes to choose from and more dishes that can be made vegan too. Very tasty too.
