great mushroom burrito! - Edit
mushroom burrito is so good! the mushrooms are cooked really well and are super flavorful. the burrito is also huge, i can never finish it in one sitting. great value for the amount of food and flavor. chips and guac were also delicious.

Super slimy uncooked nopales - Edit
Very underwhelming. I wasn’t expecting much bc it was just nopales tomato on a tortilla, but the tortilla wasn’t even cooked/heated, and it was a sorry excuse for a nopales taco.

Good tacos, not enough vegan options to be on this app - Edit
I enjoyed going here and really liked my tacos (I got the mushroom). My non-vegan friends did too. I clarified if the mushroom taco had cheese (the cheese was not listed on the menu) and they said it did but they could withhold the cheese. I’m glad I asked! However, especially in a place like La Jolla, I don’t think having either 0 or 1 vegan options should earn a listing on Happy Cow.
