the best pumpkin roll is gluten-free?! - Edit

everything is vegan, gluten-free, AND delicious! truly an underrated gem. their crispy cakes are cupcakes with a delightfully unique crispy bite and soft interior. their frosting is some of the best I've had, and their pumpkin roll THE best. flavors vary daily but the classic velvet-o and carrot bundt cake are my favorites. the bakers are also super friendly and happy to make any reccomendations :)
despite their phenomonal offerings, i find the cookies to be on the bland side. rest assured this isn't just a good gluten-free bakery, but bakery period.

Unique Cupcakes with Sugary-Crispy Edges - Edit

Crispy Cakes are cupcakes that have crispy edges, seemingly from a caramelized sugar, that make them unique. Because of that, they stick to the papers sometimes, but worth it, especially that amazing buttercream frosting. My faves are the Velvet-O (red velvet cake topped with 1/2 an Oreo) and Strawberry Balsamic (vanilla cake with a strawberry filling). Only suggestion is I wish they would freshness date the package of each item so I know what to eat or freeze first, as I buy them in multiples at farmers markets and some flavors stay fresh longer than others (the Peach Balsamic being one you would want to eat quickly).

Delicious vegan, gluten free baked goods - Edit

I've placed several orders on Market Wagon and tried several options, all wonderfully delicious! My favorite are the strawberry balsamic crispy cakes. The sweet and tasty go so well together and the gooey texture is brownie like. So tasty!
