Fabulous Vegan Food - Edit
Friends have been coming to The Swan & Goose for years (under previous managements) and invited us to go as the new owners recently added vegan options to the menu. The place is lovely and cosy and has a balcony and outdoor seating, perfect to sit in nice weather and soak up the fabulous views over the marina and beyond and is dog friendly.
Read moreWe had wild mushrooms in a cream sauce on sourdough and gnocchi with smokey butternut squash sauce, roast squash and toasted hazelnuts. The food was fantastic, we could not fault it, great flavours, perfectly cooked and seasoned. We had a chat with chef Matt who was enthusiastic about cooking his vegan dishes and I cannot wait to see what else is on the menu in the future. We were too full for the vegan chocolate cake though.
The staff were lovely too, friendly and helpful, I can understand why our friends love it so much.
