I really love the vibe at the sunrise shack. They have a few different restaurant booths all over O’ahu. Many of the smoothie bowls have honey in them all but one (currently) at the Sunrise Shack I went to - so I got the “Monkey Bowl”. It is very peanut butter heavy which is yummy and nutritious. Lots of banana and some other tasty goodness. At the end of the bowl the peanut butter was becoming a bit too much to continue eating but I really enjoyed this dish! It wasn’t what I wanted originally but I didn’t want the honey that was in the pre-made mix of the other bowls.

Everything here is so good. Highly recommend. I haven't figured out which yummy bowl or acai treat or snack i love most, yet, because I love them all.

Yummy vegan bullet coffee and açaí bowls! - Edit
The coffee and bowls are really good! Definitely recommend if your in the mood for those or a smoothie. Other than that there is not much else on the menu.

We ordered before leaving the Waimea Falls parking lot & it was ready when we got there. There were a couple of picnic benches with umbrellas and other benches for seating. I had the regular avocado toast and the Monkey bowl (no honey) - delicious!

Super yummy, had the monkey bowl. They told me today though that they can't omit honey from their acai bowls because it is pre mixed, they can only take it off as a topping.

Delicious vegan smoothie bowls, wraps and coffee. Such a cute little shack with beachy vibes and picnic tables to sit at. Right across from the beach. This place is adorable, highly recommend for a chill relaxed breakfast bite to eat.
