Decent food, confused waiters

They seem to have 2 vegan options: a burger and gnocchi. We opted for the burgers, but the waiter brought one burger and one gnocchi instead, which we had to wait to be exchanged - fine, it happens. The drinks came after 15 minutes. They also forgot one of the dishes of our companions for quite a while.

Before we got our food, one of the waiters came and put down food, which was for another table and was very confused that it was not for us. After the meal, with our empty plates still on the table, the same thing happened again. How one thinks, that the 3 plates you have to bring is for the table with 7 empty plates on it, is a mystery.

When we had to pay, the gnocchi, which we did not order was still on the bill and they had to redo the bill. They did forego the 12.5% service charge, because they knew that the service had been wanting, which was nice.

Overall a fine place with decent food, but the service soured the experience.

Amazing vegan lentil roast

One of the best vegan roasts I’ve had - lentil loaf with vegetables, potatoes and onion gravy. They had a delicious vegan brownie with ice cream and orange flavours for dessert.

I really recommend coming here if you want a good vegan Sunday roast. The service was great - really quick service and friendly staff.

It is reasonably priced (£13 for a full vegan roast).

I will definitely be coming back - I want to try the mushroom gnocchi next time.
