Several vegan options

It was so nice to have multiple vegan options to choose from. Portions were a good size and tasty!

Pagosa springs resort and spa grill is fantastic

Who doesn’t want vegan food while soaking in the hot springs of pagosa? the fries were the best i’ve tasted anywhere. The buffalo vegan tacos are made from
chickpeas and are so tasty and spicy! The quinoa bowl my wife ate and loved. The service was thoughtful, professional, and wonderful. if you soak, eat here as well!
