Good vegan options, on the expensive side - Edit
Extremely friendly staff, restaurant looks brand new inside. We really appreciated all the vegan options for all courses. The tomato soup and the crème brûlée were our favorite. The spicy rice was good. A bit expensive.

Artichoke scampi was out of this world!! - Edit
Being plant-based on the Isle of Skye isn’t always easy, so discovering this place was a real highlight of our trip. Although the vegan options on the menu are limited, the quality of the food more than makes up for it.
Read moreThe artichoke scampi with tartar sauce and peas was absolutely phenomenal — I’ve never had anything like it before and genuinely could have eaten three portions! The roasted cauliflower biryani was another standout, perfectly spiced with al dente cauliflower and so much flavour.
We also ordered the lime and chilli greens, which are marked vegetarian on the menu but were happily made vegan for us (no butter) — great to see that kind of flexibility. For dessert, I had the pecan pie with vegan Guinness ice cream — a nice end to the meal.
The setting, in a beautifully converted old church, is spacious and atmospheric, with plenty of room between tables. There’s a good selection of local beers on tap and the wine was lovely too.
Service was excellent — mostly young, local staff who were all friendly, helpful, and really attentive throughout.
All in all, an amazing food experience. The chef is clearly very talented, and while I’d love to see more vegan options on the menu, what is available is top-tier. We’ll definitely be back — especially if the vegan selection expands!
Pros: Artichoke Scampi, Food quality, Atsmophere
Cons: Limited options
