DELISH - Edit
Been meaning to go here for a while, eventually made it. I live the opposite end of London so was a bit of a trek but so worth it.

100% vegan pub! - Edit
I can only hope it is the first of many more vegan pubs in the future... I really love the atmosphere inside, lots of good vibes! Their instagram page is quite helpful to know what to order. We tried many things, even went back there on a Sunday especially to try their roast menu (among all of us, we had an overview of all options, as you can see on the pictures).
Read moreAll our plates left our table completely empty. Portions are quite big, so make sure you’re hungry as it would be a shame not to have enough room to try several dishes. Service is fast and staff is warm and friendly, I can’t fault them! The only thing is only the roast menu is available on Sundays, maybe it would be better to keep the daily menu open that day too as an alternative.

Fully vegan pub with great food - Edit
We went for the Sunday roast which was really nice. They had 3 different options as well as a whole choice of desserts including sticky toffee pudding, pumpkin pie and chocolate brownies. They also had really lovely red wine

Beet wellington! - Edit
Very fun to find a vegan wellington. Tasty food and surprisingly quick considering they were slammed on a Sunday night. I only managed to snag a bar seat walking in so probably advisable to reserve in advance if you plan to come at a busy time. Be aware that the beet wellington and some other roast items are only available on Sundays. Lively place and very fun festive decorations. Recommend giving them a try!

Sunday Lunch - Edit
This is a brilliant pub in Homerton which does an extensive vegan menu and a welcome Sunday roast which veers from the usual nut roast. We had Squashage Roll (as the name suggest it's squash instead of sausage. In a roll) to start followed by Beet Wellington. SOOOO tasty and cooked to perfection. With the added bonus of a vegan Yorkshire pud🙌.

Fine vegan dining, in a pub! - Edit
The pub setting might make you think the food will be fast and basic. It is anything but that. The menu is extensive. Perfect flavours, good portions and very friendly staff. And being in a pub there’s a huge array of drinks to go with your dinner.

Best vegan roast in London - Edit
If you’re craving a roast in a good old English pub, this is the best one in London. Love coming here for a cosy Sunday afternoon & rolling home with a full belly. The yorkshires are just delicious, too!

Great portion sizes - Edit
I tried the moussaka, and while it was tasty, the flavors felt a bit one-note. On the upside, the portion sizes were good. The staff were super friendly and knowledgeable about allergens. Overall had a good experience. Good food, good vibes (great music playing while I was there :)) I would recommend!

Portion sizes of the food were great. Food was delicious (albeit a little on the salty side), staff really friendly and funny. Great atmosphere. Will be back to try the Sunday roast.

Average - Edit
Went for the Sunday roast and tried two types. Potatoes were soggy, gravy had no flavour and was very watery and nut roast tasted ok but looked like dog food. Sadly we wouldn’t return after our experience today.

The first all-vegan pub in London - Edit
This is one of my favorite places in London. Super cozy and the vegan pub food is just the best. They have a really good Sunday roast, which is really filling so be careful. 😅 Their beet Wellington is the best one. Their regular menu is also superb, my favorite being the Chicken of the Woods Korean burger.

Really tasty Spanish omelette and even tastier polenta fries, they were exceptional. A great stop if you're in the area - an excellent range of vegan beers on tap too.

Cannot really say anything as I only share a small plate, but it was ok.
Nevertheless, I was hoping to have more finger food pub options.
The cocktail (Paloma) was good

I like the place, it is nice to have a traditional pub 100% vegan !
You have a pool table as well, and music was ok and not too loud, perfect!

Vegan only pub! What a great idea. - Edit
Great this place exists. It has a feeling of a traditional pub, but with a quirky edge. Went on a Sunday (where the menu is Sunday roasts only). The mains were okay - nothing wow about it but it was good. The dessert was exceptional. Will come again on another night to check out their regular menu.

Tasty Sunday roast - Edit
Tasty Sunday roast and a decent portion size too.
Read moreI do feel it's a bit pricey, by the time all of the meals and desserts have the additional service charge included the bill ends up adding up.
The gluten free option on the Sunday roasts is minus the Yorkshire pudding...it would have been nice to have had something to replace the Yorkshire pud as it's the same price.
Was very busy when we went on a Sunday evening, would definitely recommend booking first.

Looking for vegan meals that aren’t just typical pub fare? Ready to convert some meat eaters? Looking for a good time? Go to a the Spread Eagle. Fully vegan, it offers a range of different plates to satisfy both the indulgent cravings as well as the ones that are more well-behaved. They have a separate Sunday roast menu, a few meals that are always on offer (Monday-Saturday), but also a number of seasonal or event-based dishes that they add to keep things new, fresh, and worth coming in to check out.

Hit and miss - Edit
I think the menu changes often, which is good. I didn’t like it when I went years ago and Club Mexicana were there. But I went for a Christmas dinner and it was amazing: “pot roast celeriac,” potato skin crackling and Yorkshire pudding! It is very cute in there too.

The Sunday roast is delicious!!! Not sure if it’s worth the trip and money though. I was expecting a bit more, in terms of space and food, as it is the only fully vegan pub in London. The staff are very nice and friendly. Nice atmosphere. #Veganuary
