Only discovered this great spice shop the other day and was pleasantly surprised at the variety of alternative meat options they have on offer for Vegans and Vegetarians! Great collections of grains and spices to get the tastebuds and imagination going !

Mistress of Spice - Edit
The first time we walked into this little shop quite by accident, delightful scents wizzed me all the way back to history class 42 years way back, when we covered the spice route. That, and the infamous movie, The Mistress Of Spices with Aishwarya Rai.
Read moreThis shop is a dream, a 15 minute escape. Loads of spice, incense, a good variety of vegan items, and friendly welcoming service. They have an attire freezer dedicated to vegan foods including pies, sausages, curries, and mince rolls.
We’ve tried their steak & kidney and chicken & mushroom pies - they are incredibly authentic in texture and flavour, and we love that they don’t skimp on filling. We’ve also taste tested their boeries and boy are they fantastic! As are their vienna sausages.
The Spice Co has become our new spice route, and the ever so helpful vegetarian owner is planning on going #vegan 🤸♂️
