Coffee shop inside museum - Edit
This place is on the bottom floor of the famous Marcel Breuer building, which currently houses the Frick Museum (and used to house the Whitney Museum and then a branch of the Met Museum). You can enter the shop without paying to go into the museum, however. They offer a special cold brew coffee made of coconut water, with various plant milks on offer. They offer no vegan savory food, but they do have a few vegan pastries.
Read moreYou order at the counter and then grab a seat inside or outside--and the setting is lovely and spacious; it is a museum, after all. I had a vegan cookie and a cold brew shot with pistachio milk. Both were small but excellent. This is not for those in need of a quick, cheap cup o' joe, but it is a perfect spot for a relaxing coffee break with friends.
Pros: Beautiful setting, top-notch coffee and vegan pastries
Cons: No vegan savory items

Cute! - Edit
This is a really lovely and low key place to settle and so some work. All their cold brew is vegan which is nice, and they carry pistachio milk which was amazing!! Mind blown. Seems new as they don't have anything edible yet, but it's a nice vibe!
