Great juices and vegan breakfast. - Edit
Good variety of breakfast option (vegan and vegetarian). They try seriously to reduce waste! Try the red fruit raw cake.

Stellar sandwiches - Edit
The sister has great sandwiches! Super awesome vegan labeled menu and a hugggggge drink menu. Some of the salads were a bit pricey but I was really happy with my meal, came with soup. My husband got the Good Times sandwich. It’s perfect for any ex bleu cheese lover. I forgot I love that flavor until I tasted his sandwich.

Great vegan food at Grand Place - Edit
A stones throw away from Grand Place. We enjoyed a fantastic vegan evening. We shared the vegan antipasti and had a variety of mains - salads, sandwich, soup, buddha bowl. We didnt have room for deserts of which there was a big choice too.

Very expensive and bland - Edit
I went there yesterday with my boyfriend and got a waffle with banana, chocolate and soy ice cream which I was really looking forward to! I am sad to say that I was very disappointed. The waffle was really small, dense and just tasteless. It was so dry we could hardly swallow it, even with the ice cream, which was very watery and full of ice crystals. I also got a hot chocolate soy milk which was just unsweetened soy milk and cocoa powder. The milk was barely warm and full of undissolved cocoa lumps. I had to add heaps of sugar just to make it drinkable. For 2 waffles, a cappuccino and hot chocolate we had to pay 28 euros!! Far too expensive for tasteless food and drinks.
Read moreOn the positive side: the waiter was really friendly and it is has a good location in the centre of Brussels. They do have quite an extensive beer and liquor list, but I did not try any of those.
Usually I am easily satisfied, but this was just bad. I am sad to say that I do NOT recommend.
Pros: Nice staff, Good location, Extensive beer and liquor list
Cons: Tasteless, Very expensive

Disappointing waffle - Edit
The waffle I ordered lacked sugar and taste in general. The service was okay. But the location is great. Maybe opt for a salty option rather than the waffle

Excellent meals on the menu - Edit
Ended up in this lovely restaurant with no expectations, but got myself a very nice surprise! Ordered a focaccia sandwich with vegan “cheese” and veggies. Came with soup as well. Super delicious, and the atmosphere makes the place very cozy. Will definitely go back there soon😄The prices are ok, not too cheap nor too expensive. They serve a variety of vegan dishes/lunch meals/breakfast meals. Falafel, buddha bowls, salads, focaccia sandwiches, superfood bowls, juice, vegan cakes, waffles and more.

Vegan and gluten free waffles😓 - Edit
The waffles were really expensive. We had one with chocolate sauce for 8€ and one with vegan mozzarella, avocado and dried tomatoes for 12€. They were not nice at all, the dough didn't have any taste and was really dense. And the "large" coffee was a rather small coffee.

Lovely pesto and ‘cheese’ - Edit
I had the pasta pesto with ‘cheese’ which was delicious and also the waffles with chocolate sauce. The chocolate sauce was made from very dark chocolate which I do love but it was pretty sickly at the end. Wish more places did slightly less rich vegan choc sauce. I also spied the really yummy looking sandwiches which had different fillings and tied together with string - if I go back to Brussels one day I’d like to try those because they looked great!

Just okay - Edit
I got the raw carrot cake which was delicious (for being raw). It had hints of turmeric and ginger and the white frosting is made with coconut. The people with me said the gluten free waffles and sandwiches weren't that good. Soups seem to be the star dishes.

The beetroot soup is so good I had to guard it from my wife. Everything else we orded was also good, lots of clearly marked vegan options. Also, I forgot my bag there and they kept it safe for me, so great experience overall.

Hugely disappointed - Edit
Went there for a brunch on a Sunday morning. The place was crowded, no room between tables, but the staff was adorable.
Read moreI ordered the vegan breakfast (veg omelette, bread assortiment, jams, peanut butter, salad, fruits). The omelette was dry, tasteless, not good at all (please understand I'm trying to be polite and not offensive here). It had neither the taste nor the consistency of an omelette. I tried my best to eat it coz I hate food to go to waste, but I just couldnt, even after adding salt and pepper.
The bread assortment contained gingerbread. I didn't eat it since I'm pretty sure it was loaded with honey and therefore not vegan. The rest was just ok. Not sure the salad had been washed though.
Coffee and juice were very much alright.
Won't go back.
Pros: Friendly staff, Great choice
Cons: Tasteless (if not bad), Need to be reminded what's vegan and what isn't

Huge disappointment - Edit
I was so looking forward to a vegan waffle here. It didn’t taste that great and was small. Nothing like the traditional waffles around. I also had a soup and a sandwich. The soup was bland but the sandwich was ok.

What a disappointment - Edit
I ordered the sesame lentil falafel. it was a joke, a leaf of lettuce with 4 pieces of what looked like turds instead of falafel, and 2 pieces of tomato and tastless soup. the falafel was not crispy at all like falafel is supposed to be. it all just fell apart it was also way too salty. the soup had zero taste. 14euros for the tiniest dish ever. For drinks I had a Banana chocolate smoothie with zero banana taste. Really sad because I looked forward to going here !

It’s not that easy to find vegan food in Brussels, but we spotted this little cafe just off the Grand Place. The vegan soup was delicious, service was efficient and friendly. There were several vegan offerings and vegan items were specified on the printed menu.

Lots of vegan (and gluten free) options - Edit
The food was great!! The gluten free and vegan waffles were delicious. Lots of vegan options like tapas, sandwiches, vegan cheeses, soup and even waffles. Almost everything has a gluten free option, including 8 types of gluten free beer and the waffles. (Would give 5 stars if happy cow would allow it for non-vegetarian restaurants)
