Nice breakfast spot in the city - Edit
I had the tofu bacon and scrambled eggs breakfast with avocado and olive tapenade and it was very nice. I also had a juice with orange, ginger, apple and lemon and it was very fresh. All in all very nice and central with loads of vegan option, although a bit expensive for what it is.

Tasty but pricey - Edit
Really cute place, tasty sandwich and soup… quite expensive for what it is, however it’s very close to the grand square which may be why!

Endroit Sympathique ! - Edit

Good place for vegan food next to the Grand Place. Clearly labelled, and the falafels and vegan soup were very good. Friendly staff, and reasonable prices considering the location...

Cute Restaurant, Good Coffee - Edit
This place is in a great location, right by the Grand Place and very nice on the inside. The coffee (I had a cappuccino with oatmilk and agave) and fresh juice (I had the carrot and orange juice) were so good. There are plenty of vegan options to choose from. The vegan/gluten free waffles lack flavor and have a weird texture in my option. The “bacon” vegan “omelette” was made from chickpea flour and also had a weird texture and lacked flavor. The olive tapenade however was really flavorful.

Not what it used to be - Edit
The soup was flavorless and the focaccia was very dry. The portion was relatively small compared to the price (€15). We also had to wait for quite a while to get our food (we ordered 3 focaccias). This is not the quality of food that it used to be... The waiter was friendly though.

Trying a bit too hard imho - Edit
The place is cozy and nice. The savoury vegan waffles are all right, but it's a shame they are made of chickpea flour. I think they ventured towards a "healthy hipster" concept, but the result wasn't as enjoyable as expected. The waffles were a bit bland and very oily (so not that healthy after all). Service was extremely slow. We were a group of 5 and everyone had mixed feelings, it wasn't awful, but not memorable either if I'm honest.

Lovely staff and great food - Edit
We went there for our sightseeing lunch break as its location is very close to the Grand Market. I had the juice "Less Stress" (6,50€) and the focaccia "Take A Smile" (15€) with vegan Mayo, spinach, mushrooms, vegan "bacon" (which I think was smoked tofu) and avocado. It was delicious, yet the bread was a bit dry. The dish also came with a little bit of soup (carrots, potatoes, pumpkin) on the side. The relatively high prices are probably based on the central location though but I would probably not spend that much money on a sandwich and juice again..

Even though it just opened up, there are many customers which is a good sign. Ordering was easy and the food came out in good time. It's clean and it's warm inside. Easy to find too. I had the hot chocolate with almond milk and the "vegan history' waffle which was nice. I was super hungry

Just choose somewhere else - Edit
Awful service. We ordered a sandwich and soup each, and one ordered without the 'bacon'. We pointed it out and they said they'd run out. Seems like they just hoped we wouldn't notice as we had to ask for it to be taken off the bill (the 'bacon' was an extra). They didn't offer us any alternative and they didn't apologise or anything, and made us feel rude for pointing it out. There was quite a lot of broken glass on the floor and on the bar and the manager just kind of kicked it to the side. The food and drinks were very expensive and small portion sizes. Service was very slow staff were always rude. The kitchen is right next to the toilet. Lesson learned, we should have paid attention to the other reviews.

€30 for a mozarella focaccia breakfast and a vegan healthy breakfast.
Read moreThe mozarella in the focaccia just tasted a bit bland, but the rest was really delicious and it came with soup.
The fried eggs were really cool but the whites taste of nothing (which is impossible to change wherever you go really). Yolk was delicious though and I enjoyed the mushrooms and avocado.
It’s quite a small portion, but filling. Nice if you want to treat yourself in a city lacking in vegetarian/vegan options.

Ok food - Edit
I went there super excited since it was recommended by a fellow vegan. The experience was… underwhelming. The staff wasn’t very friendly, the food was bland and the beetroot was the worst beetroot i’ve ever had. And the avocado was not ripe at all. The waffles were weird and tasteless. The soup and the bread were actually good. And they do have a great selection of beer!
