Amazing, filling vegan options. - Edit
We were so happy to find this place is the very centre of Belgium just down a side street from Grand Place. The vegan options are great, as well as the staff being knowledgable and friendly. The focaccia sandwiches with a side soup were very filling that we had with dinner, the vegan antipasti was great too.
Pros: Vegan options, Filling, Vegan beers

Excellent organic bar right next to La Grand Place! - Edit
One of my favourite places, I still can't beleive we have them right in the center: excellent choice of belgian beers, and excellent vegan food (large range of tapas and sandwiches)
The sandwich makes a nice meal: it's very good, big, made with focaccia bread, and it is even served with a small portion of soup.
The staff is friendly and they know their beers; the atmosphere is nice and relaxed.
ALSO: it's open all the time! (...one rare quality in Brussels)
Pros: all organic, beers, next to the Grand Place, open everyday
Cons: not vegetarian

Mixed feelings - Edit
I feel bad to say anything bad about The Sister because the owner is very nice. However, the food was really only OK. Lentil soup didn't taste like anything and didn't have any noticeable lentils. The sandwich I had was somewhat bland and boring. What does make this place worth a visit though, is the chill atmosphere, the beverage variety, and the friendly staff.
Pros: vegan food marked , good beverage options, nice atmosphere
Cons: bland/boring food

awesome beer and food - Edit
Great spot. I had delicious organic gluten free beer and vegan soup with spelt bread. They have a fully stocked, fully organic bar. Next time I'm going to hit the cocktails.

Handy and tasty - Edit
I've eaten at The Sister two times and each time I was happy with my food and the atmosphere. Once, in winter, when it was lovely and cosy to be inside and once, in summer, when it was nice weather for footpath dining. Both times I had the daily veggie soup and, although a different soup (as it's a daily special) each time it was delicious. My friends and I also liked everything else we ate. I like that it is handy to Grand Place yet, if eating on the footpath, it isn't too hectic. Both times the staff were very helpful not just about the vegan choices but also with gluten-intolerance choices for my friend.
Pros: Tasty, Fresh and organic, Handy, centralised position
Cons: Outdoor dining is limited - be patient.
