Delicious but a tad expensive - Edit
We didn't know what to expect from the shoregate, especially because the prices were quite expensive, but the food was delicious. The vegan options had been carefully thought out and offered something a bit different from your usual omni-restaurant trying to cater to vegans.
Read moreWe went for lunch and both had the 'bookmaker’ tempeh , caramelised shallot and pickled shimeji mushroom sandwich. It was a good sized portion and tasted incredible. The fries on the side were some of the best fries ever. We also had two cocktails which were incredible.
Staff were friendly and attentive and seemed keen to talk about veganism and the options they currently had (they'd recently had another group of vegans in that week and seemed happy about this.)
Even though I felt the price for the sandwich was a bit high, I would definitely visit again for their dinner menu.
