Nous avons commandé le tika massala au tofu. Le plat était bon mais très épicé alors que ce n'est pas indiqué sur la carte. De plus, nous n'avions pas de "yogourt" pour apaiser. Le serveur nous a gentiment proposé de la crème vegan, ce qui a adouci la fin du repas et m'a permis de terminer l'assiette.

Visited Dec 23. The food was amazing - tons of vegan options - really well prepared tofu, vegan mince, vegan kebab, falafel - all within various options. Followed by a vegan blueberry waffle.

Other than the location, I wouldn’t recommend this place for vegans. It’s just a pub with a couple of very basic vegan options. And it’s pretty uncomfortable with no atmosphere as such. Cauliflower wings (unavailable went I went) or falafel for starters and vegan burger and chips for main was all I could see on the menu. And the bog standard sorbet as the vegan option for desert.

I paid £12 for lunch at Bonne Sante which is just opposite and their food was incredible and I felt great after eating it. I should’ve just gone back there for dinner.

Cons: Only a couple of basic bland vegan options, Far too expensive for what it is

Searching for somewhere that did reasonably priced vegan food on a cold Wednesday night and The Ship came up trumps! I had the falafel burger with fries and it was very tasty. The staff were friendly (but not the kind of friendly that can be annoying) and attentive. There were a couple of vegan options and I would love to go back and try another meal.

Great location on the Barbican. Good pie and mash. Amazing to have a proper vegan option on a pub menu! And two locally produced sorbets for dessert.
