Vegan Treat - Edit
Fantastic pub at the end of a nice coastal walk. As a vegan it was great to see that they offered a vegan option for every meal on the menu, with all vegan dessert options too. When messaging them the owner/manager mentioned they had been vegan 27 years so that was great to hear.

A nice surprise as wasn't expecting it based on other North Pembrokeshire restaurants/pubs.
Highly recommended, but best to call or messenger in advance to check opening times and menu.

OK but not as described! - Edit
We came here specifically for the vegan menu as shown in the Facebook page. Rather disappointed when the vegan fish fillet turned out to be vegan fish fingers from a packet! We might still have ordered that, but felt like a bit of a rip off. Son enjoyed the burger. Desserts - choc tart was enjoyable, cheesecake not so great and again felt like it came out of a packet.

Great pub grub - Edit
A lovely village pub in the centre of Trefin offering as extensive vegan options on the menu as non-vegan. Obviously visited during covid so not sure of the main or full time menu but having a semi-rural pub with vegan fish, burgers, curry, soup and all sides as vegan (including onion rings!) was a delight. Friendly and very accommodating staff and the proprietor is vegan so everyone is clearly well versed in the options. The only downside was that they didn’t have a vegan alcohol free beer. But plenty of soft drink options. If you’re local or visiting this summer it’s a must visit.
