The lovely owner makes everyone feel welcome and offers two vegan sandwiches on focaccia bread a day as well as a vegan flapjack and what seems to be a chocolate cake on some days. No extra charge for milk alternatives either.

Currently working with a reduced menu but hoping to go back to offering other meals again in the future.

I popped in here in a rush but was so impressed with the care and friendliness of the person who served me at the counter. They had two vegan sandwiches on display which were clearly labelled, and both were interesting flavours, with delicious homemade bread and good size portions. The staff member was cheerful and chatty and really made me feel very valued as a customer! The sandwiches were delicious and great value. No picture unfortunately but I would love to return and see what other vegan options they might have.
One of the sandwiches definitely had a nice thick and well seasoned slab of tofu in it, and I think it was mildly spicy with a little bit of Asian style slaw. The other was more of a "ham and cheese" style one but with some lovely greens and what tasted like homemade mayo.
Didn't expect something so tasty at such a humble looking place. I'll return!

Hip cafe with real cool vegan options - Edit

Was super impressed with the vegan options available at this cafe. Really interesting breakfast items and sandwich options. The tofu focaccia was amazing - especially as it was freshly baked in-house. The breakfast was not your standard fare, really high quality ingredients done well. Amazing to get onoki mushrooms. Fantastic coffee too and extra points for not charging extra for plant milk options

Pros: High quality ingredients , Inventive and interesting vegan options , Superb coffee.

Cons: Limited vegan options
