Serves meat, vegan options available. Soups, salads, and sandwiches lunch joint in downtown. Soup rotates and is sometimes vegan and can bought in litre-size to take home. Has a veggie burrito which can be vegan-ized and comes with a side salad and roasted potatoes. Could ask to omit dairy in a few other dishes (ask the staff).

Great soup, salad and burritos - Edit
Although the menu is omni, the friendly and knowledgeable staff at Sequel will point you to the many vegan or veganize-able menu items.
