We had a booking for Sunday but when I arrived I needed coffee so we had coffee and a piece of chocolate orange cake. My partner had an oat hot chocolate. It was very nice and it is lovely and decadent inside. I loved the decorations.
Read moreWe visited again on Sunday. I love that they have non alcoholic cocktails. I was able to get an espresso martini (non alcoholic) and we again had the chocolate orange cake and shared a chocolate mint cupcake. This time we sat outside. The martini was perfect. Served in a beautiful glass too.
The person there was lovely and I really liked the whole vibe. They sell cards and tea things as well.

The shop is located in the middle of Cairns, with in walking distance from the Lake st bus terminal. It's down a hidden laneway next to Woolworths. The shop is an absolute vintage, art deco dream with a large selection of specialty teas, alcohol-free cocktails, locally roasted coffee, lemonades and more! Surrounded by vintage style and original artwork. They offer are fully vegan offering a select range of vegan cakes, sweet treats and desserts and serving all drinks on plant-based milk alternatives including Soy/Oat/Almond milk. Definitely a must place to visit if you're looking for something different and are in the city.

Great Vibes - Edit
Get in and escape the heat! This place has a huge variety of vegan and non alcoholic drinks and a wonderful aesthetic inside. There are also some board games and cakes to eat. They are changing the opening times as of 17th April, and there is also a whole menu of non alcoholic cocktails. The butterbeer was too sweet for me, but great if you have a sweet tooth. Loved the Biscoff latte and the wide variety of teas.

Little jungle oasis - Edit
In a hot and tropical part of the world is this cool little jungle Cafe. Ice cold and hot pots of tea including a range of speciality teas in all flavours of the rainbow (if colours had flavours). I'm new to the heat and humidity and have made a bee-line to this cafe after stumbling on to it a few weeks ago. Such a lovely place to chillax and escape the oppressive heat with a tall iced coffee or purple and pink tea.

We had iced apple and cinnamon teas and some melting moments and all were amazing! Also loved the location (down a little alleyway), the decor (so many plants!) and the service. 10/10 would recommend!

A great addition to the Cairns vegan scene, and right next door to Root Vegetarian also. The deco is beautiful with lots of plants for sale, floral teas and friendly service. The cakes are absolutely delicious and looking forward to trying more.
