J'y suis allée deux fois pendant mon séjour à Cork. C'est agréable d'avoir ce stand 100% vegan dans une grande halle remplie de nourriture en tous genres.

L'attente est assez longue mais ça en vaut la peine !

The secret of how to melt cheese - Edit
There is no need to repeat how awesome the food is so instead I asked what cheese they use (see pictures). They Not only let me take pictures but Said: to melt the cheese properly you need a hot pan with your patty, put the cheese on and put water in (or an ice cube i guess), put a lid on, so the water will steam and the steam is What melts it beatifully. I will definetly give that a try 😍

Amazing burgers and truly great breakfast bun - the Caesar salad is the showstopper though - best Vegan Caesar sale I've had in some time, brilliant to see and hopefully gets a good share of the marina Market punters

I came here as a group of 4 vegans and we were shocked at how Great the food is. We tried all the burgers, the spicy loaded fries and the parmesian fries. Everything was amazing. Very kind staff.

In vast food market! Service was a bit slow but worth the weight- good portion size, tasty and best of all totally 100% vegan.

Always lovely to have a fully vegan place available at these food markets. We shared a “chicken” Caesar wrap with fries. The fries were crisp and fresh, and the ketchup portion was generous (I like a LOT of ketchup on my fries). The wrap was pretty big - I wouldn’t need the fries if I was having it on its own. Friendly staff and quick service.

The food court is situated in a large old warehouse. Very cool place with many food trucks and nice setting. We had the wraps - they were good but not special at all, not the best food that I've enjoyed in Cork.

We had a pretty good experience, the item we really wanted, is only available at the mother store in Dublin, which was a big bummer. Very friendly service, plenty of seating, and bathrooms because it was in a humongous food hall. Good energy still a bummer that the main item was not available. But I would go back again.

Excellent burgers in Cork! - Edit
A great burger spot in Cork! It’s located in a warehouse with lots of other food vendors outside of the city so would recommend driving and parking nearby. Burgers are brilliant and the waffle fries are amazing! Lots of burger options and sides to choose from. Wish they did some better drinks but you can always go to one of the other vendors in the warehouse for a vegan smoothie, shake or whatever you fancy.

This was a god send in the not super vegan friendly Marina Market. I had the loaded fries, which were super tasty! Great for junk food lovers, less so for everyone else! Note it’s cold in the market in winter so wrap up warm, it closes at 8 so go early and no alcohol is served.
