So many options - Edit
After I ordered the chia pudding I found out they can make absolutely anything on their menu vegan. I'm very excited to try more, the chia pudding had such good vegan whip and blueberries on top as well as chocolate chips! Did not expect the tastiness 😋 the coffee here is pretty good. Alt milks offered: oat, almond, coconut, hemp.

Killer Options! - Edit
So many delicious vegan options, such a great vibe, and really friendly and attentive service! Every option is available vegan, and 5 out of the 6 available pastries were vegan. They had a KILLER cinnamon roll, highly recommend.

You want to stop here! - Edit
Amazing breakfast! We had the pico avocado toast and the green goddess avocado toast. Both were great, but we were particularly in love with the green goddess option. Had a fabulous vegan cortado...AND they have awesome pastries! I was disappointed I didn't get to try the vegan donuts. The scones and Bavarian cream pastries were great though. Super friendly staff.

They are opening a brick and mortar. - Edit
So happy to have found this in a place at Chile Fest this weekend. Not only did they have dairy free options for all of there coffee drink, their pastries are all vegan too. I got an iced Chile mocha with oat milk and an apple butter cinnamon roll. The coffee was very sweet and had good flavor next time I would get it less sweet if I had a pastry too. The cinnamon roll was big and fluffy and the apple butter filling was awesome. One of the best cinnamon rolls I’ve ever had. They don’t label their pastries as vegan but they are all vegan friendly non vegans don’t seem to notice and I’m here for that. ❤️

The pastries are amazing! - Edit
Vicy is an artist when it comes to baking. The flavor combinations are so unique and every pastry is both beautiful and delicious! This is hands down, the best place to get vegan pastries in southern Colorado.
