Pretty good! - Edit
The vegan black bean burger is pretty good but it is really fried and very heavy so if that isn't your thing I would look somewhere else!

Vegan Burger - Edit
A delicious crispy Quinoa Black bean burger with home made tofu mayo topped with lettuce and tomato. Great menu option, just needs a better lettuce than iceberg... The sweet potato fries are also great!
Pros: Great staff!

I Like The Root. - Edit
Overall, there are very limited vegan options, but what they do offer is very good. If your vegan, I'd recommend it, to try what they offer, especially the crispy Brussel sprouts. If your not you'll still love the place and enjoy all it has to offer.
Pros: Good Price, Good Food , Great Overall
Cons: Not Much Vegan Fair

Love The Root! - Edit
As a student at Elon The Root is my absolute favorite place to eat. They have great, fresh, affordable food. The best thing is their falafel burger! While there are not tons of veg options, the ones they do have are great.
Pros: great food, good service
