Hopefully it was vegan - Edit
I ordered the Rock Noodle bowl with tofu and no trout or egg. They said it was vegan like that but it had a slight fish taste, wondering if the dressing had fish sauce. The bok choy was raw and unseasoned, I would have liked it steamed. Not bad, not great.

Tofu in Big Sky! - Edit
A great find in a town that prides itself on how many different kinds of meat they can put on a menu. We wish we would have found this place earlier in our stay because we would have eaten here multiple times! The Thai flatbread was delicious, the hummus was made in house and served with veggies and pita, the special that night was tofu tacos and we considered ordering more!
