They know vegan! But the rice is not vegan. - Edit
Our awesome waitress came back with our dishes (wet burrito & enchiladas) without rice and said that the rice has butter. Both dishes were very good. The wet burrito filling is delicious (and spicy!) Spicy black beans, red onion and tomato. The enchiladas are just okay. No spice. The sauce is AMAZING but the filling (black beans, peppers, onion, green onion, corn, cilantro) is raw and lacking flavor aside from their natural flavor and the flavor of the verde sauce on top. Both good options though. The beans that come on the side of both dishes are soooo good.

Great Vegan Options! - Edit
They definitely know what vegan means and all of their beans and rice are vegan. They are happy to modify any meal. They have several vegetarian dishes that are easily veganized.

Excellent find - Edit
Very fresh food, server knowledgeable on what can be made vegan. The sauces on both the wet burrito and enchiladas were delicious and tasted very from-scratch (as opposed to a can). Everyone was so friendly as well! We did arrive five minutes before opening on a Saturday, and there was already a line. Folks in line said everyone knows if you don't want to wait, get there before opening, so that was lucky timing for us.
