Great for Dinner - Edit
All the Thai style ones in Lampang close early afternoon or early evening so this is your best night time spot. They aren't strictly veggie but they have loads of items and all the Thai items are actually vegan and they have western stuff too. It is a lovely spot right on the river and they have live music so it's a cool place to hang out in the evening.
Pros: Riverside setting, Open late, Has live music
Cons: Serves meat
