Ridiculous Baking Company and owner Adam are at the Hollywood Farmer's Market on Sunday mornings. You must go! His croissants (plain, chocolate and almond) are to die for. He even makes a breakfast croissandwich with them. There are also muffins, turnovers, cronuts, hot breakfast pockets and more. He usually sells out, so go early. You won't be disappointed. He also sells at the Westwood, Glasell Park, Mar Vista and Echo Park farmers markets. Check out his website for more detail: http://www.ridiculousbaking.com/
