Vegan vibe differentiates this pub - Edit
It's a pub with sticky floors, a beer garden, live bands and heaving crowds at times. There's trivia nights and cheap taco nights as well as other events.
Read moreBut, it is easy to order vegan food here. I love the mexican pizza, or the vegan nachos. There's even dessert options! I love it - the hardest part is deciding what to have.

The vegan cheeseburger is my favourite thing on the menu. The chips are seasoned with deliciousness. The popcorn chicken is the best popcorn chicken I’ve had, and it comes with amazing aioli sauce.

Vegan Chimichanga, vegan burrito and vegan bean bowl are all really good. Great place to catch up for dinner & drinks.

I've tried several of the vegan options at the Rev, including the nachos, chimichanga, enchilada, tacos, empanadas and popcorn chicken. Surprisingly there are a number of things I haven't tried yet as their vegan menu is pretty extensive! I rate all the things I tried very highly but the fish taco is definitely my favourite. Ingredients are all super fresh and the portion sizes are generous.

Good selection of vegan stuff here. I've been a few times for tacos - some are better than others but at least they substitute (e.g. vegan cheese) instead of just leaving it off and charging you the same. Try the mock fish - it's awesome!

Fantastic relaxed venue for a feed with good staff and even better food. 90% of the menu can be altered to suit vegans and vegetarians, would definitely return in the future!

So many vegan options on the menu! We had vegan nachos and the smoked chicken vegan pizza. Both were really good and cost $15 each which I think is pretty good value. Staff were friendly and helpful. It's reasonably loud as you'd expect at a pub, but we could still have a conversation without having to yell.

Read moreThe vegan popcorn chicken and spicy fries are a great share and the burritos and chimichanga are very filling mains. But make sure to try the ice cream nachos or the ice cream sandwich, they are always changing the flavours!

I went here last night. We all loved the food. Most of the main and entres had vegan options (popcorn faux chicken was amazing) and all of the desserts had vegan options. The prices were reasonable and the service was friendly.

Large variety of vegan options, all meals are delicious!! Good price! Great atmosphere although the bar staff are pretty dull and disinterested in providing good service, definitely not with a smile.

Relaxed atmosphere this hotel only four kilometres from the city is a great time out. They support local bands and encourage vegan eating.

Overall the food is very tasty and satisfying.

The tasty Mexican inspired Vegan options are a definite winner. Shared and enjoyed a Quesadilla & Vegan Breakfast Burrito on my first visit. Will stop by again next time we are in Footscray.
