Adorable inn; don't miss the cauliflower dish - Edit
We stayed here for one night only, sadly for us. Wish we could have stayed in this cute upscale town longer. We were warmly welcomed by Mary and an amazing subtle calming scent in the lobby. We had plans to walk across the street to the Silver Fork but were convinced to sit down and share the cauliflower steak in the elegant restaurant before we left -- it was soooo good and large, with tahini sauce, pecans, cranberries, and sweet potato hash. Very nice wine list.
Read moreOur room was a corner one upstairs, and all the lying snow made it feel like Christmas. Our room had a fireplace in the middle which was so cool and extremely warm. I love the cute panther logo and could not resist a mug. If there had been a tshirt... They greet you with cookies in the room, which we had to pass on. It is nice that there is an elevator because we have come to travel heavy, lol.
Included is a breakfast basket to be delivered to your room or come down and eat in the dining room (from your basket). They got creative for us and came up with a breakfast sandwich made from an English muffin and grilled veggies, also fresh juice, fruit, and coffee -- you get a menu to check off the night before. This is not a vegan B&B of course, but they listened to our veg requests, and we did not go hungry.

Creative and delicious! - Edit
This is our go-to fancy date night restaurant. They are very aware of vegan and vegetarian diets and the dishes are excellent. At least as much care is put into the vegan and vegetarian dishes as the rest of the menu, which is usually not the case at really nice restaurants.
