A Lovely Vegetarian Experience in Saratoga Springs - Edit
Although this French-inspired establishment isn't vegetarian or vegan, they have a dedicated vegetarian (mostly vegan) menu, but you must ask for it. The vegan items are marked VG in the menu. They have a variety of appetizers, including two incredible vegan salads. I tried the Beet Salad with arugula, preserved orange, and spiced pecans. For their main course, two of the three options are vegan, including a Cassoulet, which is excellent, and Pot Au Feu. They also have sides, such as fries, Vichy Carrots, etc. Make sure to try the homemade bread basket, almost all of which was vegan. All in all, dining here was a wonderful experience. This place is an excellent choice if you want a fine dining experience in Saratoga and an elegant evening out.
