Excellent

Our first here after hearing about their new vegan cook (she used to run amazing vegan cafe). At least 2 vegan options on the main menu (with a vegan starter and dessert also), as well as a weekly vegan special. Chef specifically asked us for feedback on their first vegan lasagne at the pub (it was delucious). Waiter was attentive but not overbearing and really helpful, checked everything was okay with the food and thanked us for feedback. Will definitely be supporting in the hope the increase vegan options and make use of a very talented cook. Lovely country pub, ideal for walks near by and it's dog friendly.
