Staff didn't understand vegan and gave a vegetarian lasagna - Edit
Disappointing experience overall. Most of the staff were polite and tried to be helpful but were not trained to know or understand what a vegan is. I ordered bruschetta and clearly stated vegan lasagna. The bruschetta was nice enough. Lasagna was given. I ate a few bites and although it tasted lovely I did not trust it was dairy free. When asking the waitress if it was vegan she asked was I given the meat lasagna. I explained it's vegetables but vegan means no dairy. With some confusion I asked her to ask the chef if it was vegan. They later came back and apologized stating it was vegetarian and they had not stated vegan on the check and there was no vegan lasagna left. They offered me another meal and then recommended the chicken Caesar salad. Needless to say I lost faith and chose not to eat.
