The ‘sun and sea’ bowl was great: fresh and filling. It came in a paper bowl with bamboo fork - bonus!

Yeah for raw food! - Edit
Raw food is difficult to find in Toronto now and this place fills a needed gap (plus it's a neighbourhood over!) Lots of desserts to choose from (maybe the most selection there ever was to choose from in this town) plus hearty salads, smoothies, tonics, mylks, smoothie bowls plus a few non-raw items.
Read moreSo far I've had a white chocolate raspberry slice that was shockingly like eating non-raw white chocolate, a really good salad with lots of texture and flavours, and I tried a local cheese (fig!) that was made in the area. Really great food! So glad I found it :)
Pros: Huge array of desserts, Friendly vibe, Chef that knows what they are doing!
