Raw Deliciousness - Edit

This restaurant has it figured out. I didn't expect the Pad Thai to be so extraordinary. And everything else was superb as well. I love the intention put into this menu. YOU MUST TRY THEM!

Pros: Delicious food

Some of the best raw food I've ever had! - Edit

The Raw Kitchen doesn't have a huge selection, for example, only 2 desserts, but everything we tried was not only delcious, but a feast for the eyes. The raw Phad Thai was one of the best Phad Thai's I've ever had--ribbon zucchini noodles beautifully simulating pasta, a tangy almond sauce, bits of almond, and toothpick-sized pieces of red and yellow bell pepper adding color. My other favorite dish was the "Banana Obsession" dessert, a scoop of banana ice cream topped with a dollop of chocolate mousse and candied pecans. My omnivorous friend enjoyed his tremendously too.

Other items I tried were the spinach mushroom pizza (tasty and garlicly, but the Phad Thai was better) and the cheese course--delicious. My husband also enjoyed the gazpacho.

My only complaint about the place is the price: a lunch for 3 people of the items mentioned above set us back nearly $100 before the tip. (And that's with the lunch-sized portion of Phad Thai which was $14 instead of $19. These prices however are typical for gourmet raw food. Christopher's Kitchen in Palm Beach Gardens, for example, is comparibly priced.

But re. the food, I have no complaints, other than I'd like to see more choices on the menu, for example, more than 2 desserts.

Parking was street/metered, but we had no problem finding a space right in front at 11:45 am on a Monday in April. The waiter had excellent people skills, but seemed a bit confused, for example, he wasn't sure where the lunch menus were, and had to go back to the kitchen to ask questions about the food. I had the impression it was his first day on the job. But I think within a few weeks, he'll be up to speed.

Pros: Delicious Food, Healthy Food, Vegan

Cons: Expensive

Good Raw Food - Edit

Recently visited West Palm Beach and enjoyed a few meals in this raw cafe. The decor is lovely. The 'Pad Thai', 'BLT Pizza', 'Pasta Primavera' were all thoroughly delicious. Great that they do coconut water, wheatgrass juice and green juice. The chocolate almond milk is sublime. Thoroughly recommend a visit. The only areas which could improve are the following: The same green juice varied quite a lot from visit to visit (in taste and quality). They were regularly running out of items (often quite a few of the entrees on the menu were not available). The choice of deserts were quite limited (only two) and perhaps for someone a long time raw... a bit too rich after awhile. Some (not all) of the staff weren't ultra friendly and sometimes seemed a bit stressed out (at times, came accross as not very sincere or interested in the customers) , however on our last visit they seemed to make more of an effort with customers almost as if they had made a conscious effort to change...which made the atmosphere more pleasant. I thoroughly recommend the food however.

A "must visit" restaurant - Edit

I had dinner here recently and was totally impressed, with everything. The food was delicious and I've never tasted it so fresh. The menu is awesome as well as the staff. Their purifying drinks are fantastic as well. I understand they are now open Wed-Sat until 10PM now too as well as being open 11:30am 7 days a week. If your serious about good food and good health, a visit or two a week here is a must.
Enjoy!!

Pros: Freshness, drinks, service

great spot for healthy eating - Edit

Had a lunch party at the Raw Kitchen and couldn't have been more pleased. Between the 4 of us we tried a great many items on the menu. The presentation was wonderful. The taste combinations were well thought and the servings were generous. The Mac Daddy filled with macadamia nuts was especially memorable. Allow plenty of time if you are having more than soup and salads as the entrees are made to order. A wonderful option for healthy eating!

The Raw Kitchen 100% Raw Superb - Edit

We are very happy to find a place where we can indulge our new, raw cuisine aspirations. The owners are Hippocrates Health Institute graduates, so the cameraderie and warm atmosphere of the place was reminiscent of HHL for us, having just been there. The staff is super-friendly. The food is awesomely presented and taste is equally wonderful. We had refreshing fresh lemonade and the blood purifying red juice (like a dessert!), a veggie slaw salad, Pad Thai with zucchini noocles and julienne veggies,Nori Rolls, Mango Gelato for dessert. Yummy. We will return to try to their pizza soon.

Pros: very healthy cuisine, beautiful presentation, friendly, attentive staff

Cons: only open late one night a week
