Vegan dishes!

Really delicious hibiscus pozole made with hibiscus flower serve with braised beans and vegetables/avocado.
Also serves stewed tomatoes that can be paired with their pizza dough that is vegan.
Menu clearly labels vegan items and chefs are knowledgeable about veganism.
