What a cool place this truly is. You feel like you’re walking into another world when you enter. It’s a grand building and they have really made great use of the space. You could spend hours here relaxing and chatting over some nice vegan beers. We weren’t able to sample anything from the food menu as we’d been for a meal at the wonderful Karmic Kakery which is on the same side of the river however I was very impressed by the interesting and ample vegan options. The chef makes his own artisan vegan cheese which is something rather special and I plan to return to sample some soon. The owners are really friendly, knowledgable and passionate about vegan food. It’s a great place to visit when in Berwick.

A thoroughly amazing place just a short walk over the river from Berwick town centre right next to ASDA. Bar, restaurant and performance space set in a trusty old building last used as an auction house before it’s current inception. Fantastic selection of draft & bottled beers many of which are vegan. The co-owner is vegan herself and extremely knowledgeable on the subject. Vegan options on the menu include a sharing board with home made vegan cheeses, a selection of bar snacks such as buffalo “chicken” or “sea” bites and a delicious mushroom and vegan ricotta pie which I was enviously witness to.
