Great Pub - Edit
Great little pub, not strictly vegan or vegetarian but have great options. Their salads with the house lemon vin dressing is amazing. Also any of the burgers can be substituted with a huge grill portabella cap, so good! Great appetizer options vegetarian friendly too. Local sourced and mainly Colorado brews as well. Def worth a visit!

Really the only option was a hummus plate. The chips were oily and the hummus was very over salted. I didn’t care for it. They were out of portabellas for the burger.
