Not many options - Edit
I thought for a place called “plant powered” it was going to if not be all vegan at least have lots of vegan options. But there’s not much to choose from. There’s avo toast, overnight oats and 1 or 2 sweet treats but that’s kinda bare minimum imo.

Tasty food, accommodating staff - Edit
I got the guacamole toast and the mixed berry smoothie. Take note that the mixed berry smoothie is not vegan by default, but they said they could make it vegan for me. (Did not confirm, but I am guessing they replaced honey with dates as sweetener.) The smoothie was tasty, though not quite fully blended - I found a few small date chunks in the bottom. The guacamole toast was excellent; the thick toast tasted fresh and was chewy, not too hard.

Cons: Not a lot of vegan options, Vegan options are not clearly labeled; need to ask

Come for coffee & plants - Edit
Glad that there are options but it seems like they could have more. There’s a plant shop next to the cafe where plants are sold, which is cute.

Stop here for Vegan Treats! - Edit
This cute little place on the way into the town of Moss Landing roasts their own coffee for great coffee drinks. They serve avocado toast, “overnight oats” and a veggie sandwich . I was delighted to find the last remaining vegan donut, a raised one covered with pink frosting, to accompany my coffee. I also purchased a nice hunk of vegan espresso cheesecake, sweet and satisfying as my evening dessert. Salads and smoothies also on the menu. Friendly folks, open tables right next to the road, but they do sell out of vegan treats, so go earlier if possible.

Awesome spot - Edit
Really sweet new place right along highway 1 near a bunch of the wildlife tours. Vegan options, great coffee, funky modern shop with plants, jewelry, housewares, a little apothecary, etc. Good option for veg food while traveling along the coast in an area with very limited options.

Great place to stop in Moss Landing - Edit
Cute new coffee shop in Moss Landing next to a small farm stand. You can get almond or oat milk in your coffee and they seem to always have a vegan baked goods option. I didn't try the smoothies but I'll definitely be back.
