organic plantbased - Edit

Fast food-ish, with a noisy seating area. Partly design as an amphitheatre . I´d highly recommend the "Piston peas". The plant is a great place if you love to eat in a buzzy and busy place. But the menu is confusing and no proper cutlery is provided.

Vegan fast food - Edit

Vegan-only restaurant located in the foodcourt area inside the Ringen shopping mall. Well-prepared vegan fast food. Perfect if you need something filling and don't have too much time. Somewhat noisy environment, as you eat in a theatre-like foodcourt.

Pros: Perfect for a quick meal

Cons: Noisy

Good Food - Edit

I had the [email protected] comprising smoke braised beans with chili and garlic, nachos, salsa and a salad. It was a hearty, delicious dish, although the portion could have been a bit bigger to make it completely satisfying.

vegan in food court - Edit

We came for dinner on our first night in Stockholm as we wanted something quick. We ordered the hammer burger and the plant burger which have different toppings. They were good, but not spectacular. We did really enjoy the small potatoes on the side rather than fries. We also got some juices and truffles. The staff were friendly and we sat in the food court area which also has a water station. Overall, good for a quick bite.

Pros: all vegan in a food court, nice staff

good burger but not excellent - Edit

I do appreciate the fact that they are 100% vegan and organic. That's why I even came and tried. Not super impressed with the hammer burger. The task of the paddy was delicious but I'd love to have more veggies or something to make it "juicey".

Pros: organic , very good ingredients

Cons: not the best ratio of veggies

Vegan and Organic Burgers! - Edit

I cannot think of another fast food place that sells all vegan and Organic food..

This is one of a number of restaurants in a mall food court area. The Hammer Burger is very tasty, and the potatoes were prepared with a tasty lemony cream sauce. I would have preferred if the burger had been more firm, but it was good either way.

Not impressed - Edit

I had the Hammer Burger and the salad was nice with a few pieces of rocket and roasted potatoes with seasonings and a creamy dressing. However the burger was dry and so was the bun and it wasn’t very tasty. Definitely not the best burger I’ve ever had. They were out of desserts so I couldn't try them. Great atmosphere and friendly staff.

Pros: Atmosphere, Salad

Cons: Bland food

Amazing vegan burger - Edit

I really enjoyed my meal as it was very well seasoned/marinated making the burger as a whole taste amazing. Regular potatoes on the side was also a nice twist to the meal. The service was fast and good. Although the price could be seen as a bit high for the size of the meal I still feel that it was reasonable when taking into account the ingredients used.

Pros: Fast

healthy but small portions! - Edit

It's really commendable to open up an all vegan fast food place, love that this is happening in Stockholm.
Unfortunately the food is rather bland and really expensive for what you're getting.
But i was there just when they opened and had not added the burger to the menu, so will update the review after trying that!

Quality food. - Edit

The Plant is one of the stalls in a food theatre (many small stalls that all serve a few different dishes), the concept of the theatre seems to be "quality fast-food". The other stalls are not vegan or even vegetarian.

The Plant had three different main dishes and some cold salads and dressings on the menu. We had burgers that were not on the regular menu but "chef's recommendation", and also tasted the Piston Peas oven panncake.

Both dishes were excellent, also the side sallads and everything was very good, interesting tastes. We had two children with us, a 5-yo that is not too picky - liked everything - and a 12-yo suspicious one who didn't want to taste the burger as it sounded weird with a bean burger and mushroom, but who liked the panncake, pesto and most of the sallads. Which is a lot to say!

I must confess I didn't expect much from the burger myself, as I'm not so much a friend of healthy vegan food, beans and peas, as I love the seitan and other look-alike-meat dishes. But the burger was just delicious.

Service was friendly and quick, too.

Much thanks to the cook who's mother is from Rauma.

Pros: Excellent food. , Fast food. , Someting new.

Cons: Short menu. , Not a place to sit for a long time.

The Plant - Edit

This is one of my new favorite places to eat now, when I am in Stockholm. I had the piston peas, with hummus and a side of apple juice.

It is located in the Ringen mall. When you get off the metro you will have to walk a few minutes until you see the Ringen entrance and it is located in the food court on the botton floor. I will be back again.

Pros: friendly staff, vegan

Absolutely amazing vegan burgers and stew!! - Edit

This was the best vegan burger I've ever had... BY FAR. The texture, taste, and combination of flavours have never been better in any burger, vegan or not that I've had in my entire life! The garlic potatoes with vegan mayo on the side added to the amazingness. Also had the stew from here, which was kind of like a chili - and same thing as the burger, the stew absolutely kills it for texture, taste, and flavour combination. The staff is great, it's located in a really cool food court, and the prices aren't too bad considering the quality of the food is five star. Highly recommend for vegan, vegetarian, or meat eater if you are ever in Stockholm.

Pros: Five star quality food , Nice location , Nice, friendly staff
