Tbh—Just a Weird Experience Overall - Edit
I'm not really sure where to begin. Overall, the pizza isn't bad. I would eat it again. The experience was a bit more off putting, though.
Read moreWhen I ordered, the person handled my pizza with the same gloves I had seen them grab chicken wings with, before I had a chance to say anything. That's on me, I was sort of disoriented as I was trying to figure out how things worked. I requested vegan cheese and they were careful to not touch the cheese with their gloves... until they decided to redistribute it around the pie 😅 At this point, the cross-contamination had already happened so I just told myself not to think about it.
I paid and waited for my buzzer to go off.
When I went up to retrieve my pizza I heard the person who took it out of the oven tell the cashier "it's vegan cheese." The cashier said, "Oh, I forgot to charge you, is it okay if you pay for it now?" I was pretty caught off guard, mostly because I didn't have my wallet on me. As I was frantically trying to find the words to say I'd have to come right back, I felt my phone and was able to pay that way. I've never been asked to "retroactively" pay for an add-on before. I don't mind so much, but it was a bit awkward.
That interaction sort of left a bad taste in my mouth, figuratively. I understand there being an up-charge for alternative products, and was aware there would be from other reviewers. What I didn't expect was for the cheese to cost $3.76 after tax (see Apple Pay transaction). The counter with the options listed had said "vegan cheese $2." I later noticed a screen which indicated vegan cheese was $3.50. I guess they haven't updated all of the pieces. Anyways, at the end of the day it's only $3.50, and only $1.50 more than I anticipated spending. It just sort of felt off to me. Just a really odd experience, overall.
I'm not entirely sure I'll return. The pizza was tasty enough, but I left with reservations over the service. I think this is a place I'd go to if I were desperate—just not overly eager to go again.
Oh, and they didn't have any vegan sausage or pepperoni.😢
Cons: Poor communication, Cross-contamination , Out of plant-based "meat"

ImPressive - Edit
I ordered a pizza with red sauce, roasted garlic, vegan cheese, crimini mushrooms, and vegan sausage. The vegan sausage wasn't listed, but the employee suggested it since I chose vegan cheese. The thin-crust pizza was better than I expected, especially since it was ready so quickly. It's pretty big for one person, but too small for two people. I thought the TVs were distracting, but others might enjoy the entertainment.

Good Pizza - Edit
A build your own pizza place with lots of toppings to choose from. For vegan alternatives, they had Daiya mozzarella cheese, Gardein sausage, and a vegan pepperoni (that they were out of when I was there). The Daiya cheese had a $2.50 up charge but there was no extra cost for the sausage. They had many vegan friendly toppings to choose from and, in addition to the cheese and sausage, I got roasted garlic, caramelized onions, red sauce, jalapeños, red onions, and cherry tomatoes. My total came out to $18.27, which was kind of expensive for a pizza I could easily eat by myself.

Vegan Cheese & Sausage! - Edit
One of the very few places where you can find both vegan cheese and sausage on this island. Love that you don’t have to pay per extra topping. Inside has a great beer selection.
