Pierogies fresh or frozen

This vendor often has a line at her market stand at the Saturday morning Hudson Farmers Market. She, as of summer 2020, has a dozen vegan pierogi options that can be ordered frozen and picked up at the market. She had one vegan option that can be ordered fresh and eaten as carry out.

Pros: Friendly vendor, Street food eat quality , Many frozen vegan options.

Cons: Only one cooked vegan option on market day
