Not as good any more - Edit

Aug 2025: we used to love this place, and now we’ll never go back. We were so happy they cared enough to make an inspired vegan menu. Maybe it was a new chef, but the menu was dull, one of the dishes was actually rancid - both my wife and I noticed immediately. And the server made us feel wrong for letting them know. Kind of ruined the whole thing.

Jan 2023 - says here that the restaurant is closed, but it's definitely not. My wife and I went there with two non-vegan friends. They had the fish menu, we asked for a vegan menu. This was definitely a great and rare experience: a non-vegan restaurant that obviously cares so much about their food that they made a fabulous plant-based tasting menu with eye-catching dishes. And such an amazing attitude - at one point they brought us a dish, then quickly took it away again, apologising because they suddenly realised there might be ghee in it - then brought it back because the kitchen has used oil after all. The seafood tasting menu looked just as good, and our friends reassured us it was. This restaurant deserves at least a Bib Gourmand. They told us they aren't trying to run the Michelin gauntlet (although it's better than some Michelin restaurants we've tried). Chapeau.

Much better vegan options - Edit

I found this place to be very overpriced both for the food and the experience. There are much better, more innovative meals in Copenhagen. This menu felt like they just removed the fish to make the meal vegan and not like they put much thought into the flavors and satiety.
