In 2014 it began to offer a separate vegan menu with starter, main, and dessert - ask for it. The regular menu is meat & dairy, so skip it. Confirmed closed, May 2015.

Lovely atmosphere, fabulous vegan menu - Edit
The Pantry, although not vegetarian or vegan in essence, has gone to the effort to prepare a full vegan menu, which is not only tasty but also really interesting, such as the Pimms jelly for dessert.
There are next to no places in Harrogate who will accommodate a full vegan menu, so would fully recommend this place to anyone. Five stars.
